By accessing or using TradeTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Description of Service

TradeTracker provides a web-based platform for tracking trading performance, analyzing profit and loss, and managing trading strategies. The service includes features such as trade logging, calendar views, performance analytics, and strategy insights.

Account Registration

To use TradeTracker, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription and Payment

Billing

TradeTracker offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradeTracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the trading data you input into the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TradeTracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the service will be corrected

TradeTracker is a tool for tracking and analyzing trading performance. It does not provide financial advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for making trading decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeTracker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
